Joel, owner of the residential rental property, hired me to decide on the new exterior colors for this historic home, built in 1886 on Westnedge Avenue. Joel decided to remove all the exterior original paint to the hard wood and trained his team in lead safe work practices in stripping the old paint. After some repairs, I came in and selected the exterior colors, dark grey for the siding with cream trim, and metallic gold and black as accents in the gables and other detailing of the house.
Designed Inside is my residential interior design business that I launched in January, 2009. Whether you need help with redesign, styling, renovations, color selections, or home staging, I'll help you achieve the look you want within budget.

I guide my clients every step of the way by sketching my own drawings of the space they want to improve. This way they can see the design before the process starts!
